A completely unique dashboard system, a tool, to support company’s proprietary process for managing expectations, capabilities and supporting the recruitment and people management. Developed in co-operation with Click Team Corporation.
The system manages customer organizations, their teams and team roles/jobs after the next steps in the process can be operated including managing of expectations and mapping them to company strategy with changes and challengs; then managing job role specific job tasks and identifying the critical capabilities for the job. Once this has been done, the system provides tools to manage interview and assessment, both qualitatively and quantitatively and provides a nice report for the customer.
The backoffice is developed with AngularJS and the backend is based on NodeJS with NoSQL database for data storage. The system is running in cloud and can be scaled up as needed.
